Jerod and Erin Kitchel have a marriage partnership that extends beyond the business.

Although they both own the business, Jerod runs the day-to-day operation of the business. We are both native Washingtonian’s and proudly consider Cashmere, WA home.

Jerod was raised on Whidbey Island in Oak Harbor and still considers that to be home away from home. Jerod was more or less raised in an Autobody Shop that was owned and self-employed by his father, where he inherited a love for custom cars. He developed the hard-working skills from his father of being a business owner, building a solid reputation and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with the surrounding community. Jerod has taken those skills into the corporate sector where he’s built a reputation as a professional leader in supply-chain management methods and held Leadership positions in Logistics, Purchasing and Material Planning for world-class organizations. The experience of being polished in the professional world and growing up around a small business gives him the tools to operate a solid business.

Erin was raised in Preston, just east of Issaquah on I-90. She is currently a Kindergarten Teacher. She earned a Masters degree in education and teaches elementary where she’s built tremendous relationships with the student-body and parents.  Her organizational skills and work ethic will compliment Jerod as they continue to build the business.

Throughout the process of building the business, our family has grown. We have three children, a son and two daughters. They are the joy of our lives and we are blessed with the time we are able to spend as a family.
